女性社員が床の書類をしゃがんで拾っています

最近、書類を床に落とす社員が多くて困惑しています。

それも、男性社員がほとんど。

彼らの手の力が落ちたのか、上質紙に変えたから滑るのか。

その都度、私たち女性社員もしゃがんで一緒に書類を拾うのですが。

わたしたち、女性スタッフたちは困惑しています。

なぜ彼らが書類を落とすようになったのでしょうか。

なにか対策はありますでしょうか。
